If you do not believe in magic, you have never been to Alaska. I feel it the moment I step off the plane, every time I visit Alaska. It is like nothing else I have ever experienced. The air, the water, the lush landscape, the marine life, the knowing ravens, the wise old-growth forests; it is magical.
I crave it when I am not there. I feel it calling me.
